The intent of this blog is to help you achieve your travel business objectives.

I write to those of you that are in the trenches and understand the difference between theory and everyday application. I don’t propose to be an expert on everything that I post; quite the opposite, but I do base my comments on a thirty plus year career in executive positions in the accommodation, retail and wholesale sectors.
